Dr. Wilson also embraces his love for reading, indulges in exhilarating dirt-biking adventures, and cherishes every opportunity to immerse himself in the great outdoors with his family. The dynamic force behind our clinic operations, Debbie shares an impressive 30-year career in corporate management. With her expertise in HR, technology, and financial operations, she ensures that our clinic runs like a well-oiled machine. She’s not just about crunching numbers and managing logistics. Her favorite part of the day is putting patients and parents at ease with her warm and welcoming nature. With Debbie at the helm, her wealth of experience, dedication, and love for our furry friends ensure we continue to provide the outstanding care and attention our patients and their owners have come to expect.

With two years of invaluable experience under her belt, Kiana brings a wealth of knowledge, a helpful attitude, and an infectious enthusiasm that captivates both humans and animals alike. Her drive for excellence knows no bounds as she embarks on her next adventure, starting online school to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. Whether she’s assisting in examinations, providing comfort to nervous patients, or lending a helping hand preparing for surgeries, her contributions make a real difference in the lives of our furry friends. Introducing Mairin, our helper-extraordinaire! Using her degree as Veterinary Office Assistant as a stepping stone towards becoming a Veterinary Technician, Mairin has big plans. Until then, she is a roll-your-sleeves and get to work type of girl! Whether it’s preparing patients or equipment for surgeries, cleaning up after procedures or taking on projects, she is a busy bee never shying away from a challenge. At home, her 2 cats, Peach & Daisy help her study and keep her company.

Meet Maria, our manager and administrative wizard with a BA degree and over three years of expertise. Beyond paperwork, her organizational skills and dedication ensure top-notch care for our furry patients. A true animal lover, Maria shares her home with canine companions Ashley and Ophelia. She enjoys spin class and outdoor adventures with her dynamic duo. Maria manages our admin team and also takes pride in providing warm, friendly customer service.

Meet Makenna, our part-time Receptionist. Originally from Saskatchewan, she relocated to Kelowna in 2021. Having always loved animals, especially cats, she pursued a Veterinary Assistant course and graduated in 2022. She spends her free time hiking, paddle boarding, and exploring the beautiful Okanagan.
