If your pet has been seen by another veterinary clinic, please arrange to have their medical records sent to us before your appointment whenever possible. This helps our veterinary team understand their medical history and provide informed care from the very first visit.
Your first appointment gives us a chance to get to know both you and your pet.
Our veterinarian will perform a thorough physical examination, discuss any concerns you have and review your pet’s medical history and current health needs. When appropriate, we’ll also discuss vaccinations, preventive care, dental health and nutrition.
Most importantly, you’ll have time to ask questions and understand the options available for your pet. Our goal isn’t simply to tell you what your pet needs — it’s to make sure you understand why we’re recommending it so you can make informed decisions about their care.
Veterinary visits can be stressful, especially for cats and nervous pets, so our clinic was designed with their comfort in mind.
Cats have their own entrance, lobby and dedicated exam room, separate from our canine patients. Dogs have their own waiting area and exam rooms, helping create a calmer and more comfortable experience for everyone.
