How to order items that need veterinary approval:
If this is your first time, click Reset Password — your account may already be set up for you. If not, create a new account and email us at lacreception@shaw.ca so we can add any required items.
Once logged in, go to “For My Pet.”

Our team will prepare your order, confirm any required approvals with the veterinarian, and notify you when it’s ready for pick-up at the clinic.
